Admin,

That's the LAST STRAW. You must now turn over the administration of Breitlingsource.com to Sportback until you obtain the Whole Ling. I can see now that you have totally lost it. It must be those after dinner drinks, that's how it starts, then you start drinking during the day until you finally end up buying HALF LINGS because your brain is saturated with toxins. Now you need detoxification and INTENSE degraded Ling rehabilitation. All Whole Ling Club Members are VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !!

See.. this is the way I look at it.. If I buy the whole Ling now, I have nothing to look forward to.. its the end of the road. However, If i slowly work my way there, getting this and that along the way, then I can enjoy the Journey. :D

Admin,

I see that I should have pointed this out sooner. There is plenty of road to cover after the first Whole Ling. First of all Breitling will be coming out with new models but even if they didn't, you will still need an all gold Bentley one day, a Mulliner Perpetual or Tourbillon and we have yet to get into the Zenith line and the Roger Dubuis line. This is a poor excuse for being intoxicated fom too many after dinner drinks and buying another Half Ling for a quick, cheap thrill. As the ADMIN of this site you must demonstrate the patience and integrity to wait until the Whole Ling is purchased. I did the same thing by trying to get away with a Bentley GT. One week after I got it I knew I had made a mistake. The good thing is that you have so many Half Lings now that you can sell off some of them and get the Whole Ling. You should start with that one you have on the degraded "Roleaux" bracelet.

Nah.. I like my Rouleaux bracelet Breitling. Its something different, and the admin for a site for Breitling Enthusiasts I value and collect all Lings. I like the Rouleaux bracelet, its a nice change. I have so many models with the Pilot bracelet that they get tiresome after a while.

Admin,

Good point and another good reason to pick up the 6.75 so you can have a SPEED BRACELET thats 24 MM wide at the lugs. By the way pilot bracelets are only 1/2 to 3/4 of a Ling bracelet and Roleaux bracelets are not even Ling bracelets they are some kind of temporary mistake Breitling got sidetracked with back when they were fobbing those off on an unsuspecting public. I can see that this is going to be more difficult than I had expected. Don't worry we won't give up on you, we will keep trying to get you to see the light. Ask Sportback he wrote a while back that he hated to admit that I was right but he did. Try staying off the after dinner drinks for a week or 2 and in the meantime I will continue to search for the right motivational words to get you back on track.

There are those of us here on the forum that consider anything less than 10cm diameter and weighing two housebricks, a half or even quarter 'ling'

I can't count myself amongst this 'clique' but I must admit the size of the Bentley is pretty impressive (the weight is another thing all together!)

Roadcarver,

Full Lings are Lings that have at least a bracelet width of 24 MM at the lugs. Full Lings would be Bentley's (No Bentley GT's), Super Avengers and Navitimer World and Legend models. We will get into "degraded Lings" later.

Sportback, quit trying to be "Mr. Diplomat" here you know damn well what a Whole Ling is !

Admin,

By the way we decided today that there is another addition to the "degraded Ling" group. This would be any Ling without Sub Dials.

I dont agree with the "tribunal" on this one. It would be lame and boring to have all my breitlings have subdials. That simply limits all other Breitlings as not being true Lings, which I cannot support. Here we support all Breitlings and all Breitlings owners. I will appeal.

Admin,

We didn't say that Lings without sub dials are not Lings. We said they are DEGRADED Lings. I will provide video for the Steelfish problem later.

I'm with ling man on the subdials...

I mean, what on earth is the point of having a big old Ling with a great expanse of nothingness in the middle?? You may as well chop the boring middle bit out and call it a doughnut
