Hello,

new to the forum, so not sure if this is the right place to post so forgive me! i just bought a superocean heritage chrono and love it! but when i went into the dealer to picked it up and i tried on the mesh bracelet and im in love! i got some quotes from some australian dealers which were around US$900 and its a bit much after i just spent 5k on the watch. i tried to look online to find one but couldnt find ANYTHING! if anyone could help me out to where or who i could contact to get one?? even a second hand one im not too fussed, i just dont want an aftermarket one, they look really cheap and its just not the real deal!

thanks!!

I believe full US retail is $675. So $900 US is very high.

Unfortunately you would've been better of buying the watch with the mesh orginally as then you could've negotiated a discount off the whole thing. As it is (as I've just written in another post on here), most AD's will not discount much (if at all) on accessories as the margins are relatively low given the reasonably low sticker price.

If you are in the US, George at Govberg may be able to help (pm jnelson3097 for his details), but other than that, you'll need to keep your eyes peeled on eBay or Chrono24.com to see if one crops up. You could also try a WTB advert on here.

im in australia and there aren't many dealers here, its mainly tag so i think they can jack up the prices and people still pay for it. is there any dealers i can contact i can buy from the US or anything? im happy to pay around $675 but $900 is too much. one of the dealers said $2200 for the band its ridiculous. i know i should of got it with the watch but too late now!

thanks for the advice guys
