I contacted a lady through email from Little Switzerland and she sent me a quote. For a Diver pro II rubber strap with tang buckle it retails $2,695 and the duty free price is $2,177.00. You also have a choice to get it on a Ocean racer strap with folding clasp retails $2,995 and duty/tax free is $2,420.00. Free insured shipping through FedEx. Is this a good price? Also, has anyone ever bought over the phone like this, and then had it shipped to them?

That is barely a 20% discount. If it were me - and I think lots on this forum would agree - I would go with an AD, and likely get at least 20% discount. Even if you had to pay tax, IMO you are far better off buying from an AD. This may not be your last Breitling, and later if you go back you have at least established a relationship with them. I have found out more than once that it is a very good thing indeed. Prestigetime.com (use the link above) is very good for getting ideas about prices, and on some they discount quite a bit as well.
I don't think the quote you got is worth not seeing in person the watch you are getting. But I am sure others will chime in with their opinions. Just because I prefer to buy at my AD, does not mean that all other transactions are bad, as a matter of fact there have been some very good ones. I would wait a bit and see what the others say.

I think Little Switzerland is an AD in the Caribbean somewhere.
