Hi,

Does the colt II auto have a polished finish bracelet? Or is it a mixture of polished and brushed links like the older colt?

After a full service, is an automatic watch supposed to run a few seconds slow a day and will it speed up after a few weeks? If it is running 5seconds slow immediately after a full service, will it then speed up over the next few weeks to run at maybe -2seconds or even +1seconds a day?

Thanks :lingsrock:

Don't remember on the bracelet - someone will know.

Accuracy isn't as simple as saying that if it's wrong by x seconds now, it will be wrong by y seconds then, but it will take a while to settle after a service. If you don't already, lay it on its back at night rather than on its side, that will cause it to run a little faster.

Cool. I didn't know this. What's the best position to make it run slower?

On it's side, crown up.
