manual for my 44mm Steelfish? I have a 2005 model and the manual went missing, I think it grew some legs and walked off on me. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I tried finding a contact for Breitling here in Canada and I got an AD. Then I call Breitling USA and I was transferred to the service dept. I got their voice mail and left a message last week. I received nothing for a call back. Does anyone have contact info for someone that might be a little more accommodating?

Did you phone the Grigoros number in the link that Sharkmouth gave you? They are the equivalent of 'Breitling Canada'.

Well, I just called and they can't help me out either. I guess I am going to have to be persistent with Breitling USA.

I ordered a replacement Steelfish manual from BUK only a month or so ago and got it no problem.

I emailed them with my request, they emailed back to ask me to confirm the order. Then a couple of days later they phoned me to take payment and then sent it out by recorded post. The whole thing was straightforward and took less than a week.

They were very responsive, so perhaps try ordering one through the UK and they can sort it out internally between themselves. Or perhaps ask UK customer services to forward on your order to someone helpful where you are?

In my experience BUK are absolutely fantastic to deal with. From reading on here I think a couple of the other regional centres could learn a thing or two from BUK. Keep up the good work BUK! :thumbsup:
