Hello guys,i would love to hear your opinions on this. This week i'm going to buy my 3d Breitling(already own a Skyland & an aerospace-co pilot). I was offered at the same price a Skyracer Raven or a Chronomat Evo mother of pearls dial. Both on strap. I like both watches and i know the chronomat is an iconic ''B'' model and extremely well build. From the other hand i like the central minute totalizer of the skyracer Raven and the bicompax dial. But i am not so keen about the modular movement.I think maybe it lacks in reliability and long term mentainance services(ex future parts availability, service outside Breitling etc) compared with the B13. ![]() What would you choose?Price i was quoted is exact the same for both models new on strap. Thank you in advance! ![]() |

Chronomat Evo, without a doubt. An incredibly versatile piece that will diversify your collection more. Easy to dress up or down. Have you seen the B01 MOP dial? That's also a sick piece. |

B01 is a spectacular watch,i have seen a lot of versions so far but not the MOP one!Maybe my next ''B'' purchase.I just prefer to let the new caliber run for a couple of years first ![]() |

Like the symmetry of the Skyracer dial, but plastic/rubber bezels are bit of a deal breaker for me, unless they're set in metal like the new SuperOcean. Just bought a Chronomat myself. It's a very tactile watch with the slightly curved case sides, cambered crystal etc. My first experience with a pilot bracelet, and it's a definite cut above the ProII |

Based on appearance! Not too familiar with breitling movements just yet. |

I would most def cast a vote for the chronomat. You already have two professional series watches. Might as well throw in a windrider. Branch out your collection. |

The Skyracer is my favorite Breitling. I have the Raven as well. Here's the deal - if you get a Raven plan to wear it on rubber only. It looks silly on a bracelet. The bezel is rubber over SS. BUT, the Chronomat is THE Breitling. My vote is go for something in the Windrider range and of the 2 choices -that's the Chronomat. |
