Hi guys, a newbie here.

Buying my first Ling this week, a Super Avenger and really want to get the best price possible.

I've read how some people have managed to haggle between 20-30% off AD however I've had no such luck.

I've been to various ADs in London and the best I've managed to get is 10% and a free strap.
This was Ernest Jones. Goldsmiths could only do 10%.

DM watches in Selfridges would not discount at all, with the salesperson stating that he sells so many SAs that there is no need to discount. Best he would do was throw in a free strap to sweeten the deal.

What do you guys think about 10%? Should I shop around for a better deal?
Anyone recommend any ADs in London or nearby who will offer a better discount?

20 - 30% is generally not in the UK.

in the UK 20% can be had, took me about 20 mins of ringing around places

ring andrew micheals he was not the cheapest for me but had the watch in stock, but he was still a good price, ive since sent it back as it had some damage and waiting to see what they do now

when i looked in london none would discount
