oh yeah, good stuff around La.. first, near santamonica/west la gotta' see feldmarwatch.com. ..right nearby is the IWC and AP factory boutiques in beverly hills... dont let the mrs visit the tiffany, vancleef or chanel stores nearby-- will break you! down in orange county, just south of anaheim and disneyland is south coast plaza zipcode 92626 ... awesome shopping, and rolex, piaget, and tourneau have big lovely stores there ...the iwc and audemars websites can give more specific address info...

You can always check out WESTIME on Pico and Overland in the Westside Pavilion. They got everything from Breitlings to Richard Milles...
There's also the Beverly Center (there is a watch spot there can't remember the name), Westfield Century City (Tourneau there) , Rodeo Drive (lots of watch boutiques) as mentioned... if you want a unique, enlightening experience, grab a soda and walk down Venice Beach...

Don't forget the Getty Museum, or drive up PCH Hwy 1 up to Malibu for the usual spots like Moonshadows, Chart House, Geoffreys, Paradise Cove, etc. and for a nice nightcap with a breathtaking view of downtown LA go to the Rooftop Bar at the Standard or Yamashiro in Hollywood...

Enjoy your wedding~ too bad the weather is horrible today... :( get ready cuz it's gonna get hot this weekend

Feldmar is a great suggestion. Small store, but they have a ton of nice watches packed in there and are a friendly bunch. PM me if you want a contact there if you plan on buying something. No Breitling though.

If you want to see Breitling, Tourneau and Westime should have the best selection.

Rodeo Dr. has a lot of boutiques; JLC, Panerai etc.

Toddb is right on with south coast plaza. Lots of good stuff there.

Dont waste your time at the Beverly Center if youre looking for watches, it sucks. If you just want to shop, good stuff there though.

Napa Valley is gonna be awesome btw...

EDIT: I was beat to just about everything by jlee5050 lol..
His suggestion for the Getty is great, and reminded me of the Huntington Art Gallery in Pasadena. Amazing place if you have time to check it out. And for general shopping, your wife will probably enjoy Old Town Pasadena. No watch stores that I know of there though.

Old Town... how could I forget? thanks RJ~ but no Beverly Center if you're strictly looking for watch dealers... but for some good shopping, not too bad...
Pasadena has some great stuff to check out too~ a charming city with lots of history~ have fun man~

Congrats to the OP!

@RJRJRJ, Feldmar has BREITLINGs again! :cheer:
And what's the name of that auto museum? That may be a good suggestion.

Also this Saturday someone over on WUS posted a BREITLING GTG over in Santa Monica area. I'll be driving up from SD to check it out

First off, congrats!

Hope you're enjoying your stay in SoCal thus far and it looks like other members have pretty much covered everything. But if you're looking for some other shopping spots (not sure if they have any/good watch stores or boutiques though) you can check out Fashion Island in Newport Beach and there are quaint little shops down PCH and in Laguna Beach.

I second Feldmar and Westime. Chances are if you're driving in LA, you'll see a billboard ad for Westime. Or if you want a really impressive collection of watches in the span of 8-10 blocks, then Vegas is only a short 4 hour drive away :D

Breitling gave them their AD status back, but, um, well, you might find that the discounts aren't quite so generous these days

Oh well I guess you know more than I  But I'd still buy from them if BREITLING's recent offerings weren't so so.

Anyhow back to the honeymoon thread and their visit to LA.
