Hi all. The crown has fallen off of my Breitling Aerospace. I have already had it factory serviced (So I was told) and I suspect that the problem is a result of that service, but I doubt the dealer will stand behind it. This was in Utah two years ago and I now live in Los Angeles. Can anyone recommend a dealer here in LA who I can go through to send the watch for factory service? Thanks all! |

There isn't an authorised centre in LA, it's J.D. Watchworks in San Francisco, and they have a good reputation. Assuming that the previous service was Breitling authorised then the warranty is only one year so there won't be any recourse there. |

Any Breitling dealer can send the watch in for service for you. Feldmar claims to be factory trained so you can stop by there and see what they say as well, although they no longer sell Breitling. Other than those options, you can deal directly with JD watchworks in SF, as Roff suggested. |
