Hello all

Just wanting your advice as I am ready to purchase another Breitling this time its a Bentley. I have now decided, its between the breitling Bentley 6.75 or the Bentley Motors whats your opinion and advice, the watch Im after will have a Black Dial on a Metal Bracelet

Does one sit higher on the wrist than the other?

which has the a better movement, or are they the same?

Are both of these a good choice?

I have only ever owned the breitling Navi world ,and the Chronomat Evo, and the Crosswind so I am new to the Bentley range of timepeices, so all your advice will be greatly appreciated if you have photos showing them what they look like on that would be great also

Kind Regards
Marcus

I own both the Motors and the 6.75, but if I had to choose one it'd be the Motors. The reason for that is that it is more unique in terms of the 30 second chronograph. The B44 in the 6.75 is (and has been) used in a number of other models over the years, so that make it a little less exclusive.

That said, both are ETA based, so in terms of "which is better" there's not really anything in it.

The 6.75 sits marginally higher on the wrist for two reasons. Firstly the case is very slightly thicker if you look at both cases side-on. This is due to the big date complication module being fractionally thicker. Secondly, the 6.75's "wheel" design caseback adds a little extra to the height too.

It's also worth noting that while the wheel caseback is visially more interesting that the Motor's, some people complain that the 6.75 is a little uncomfortable. I've never found this myself, but some people do. However some people prefer the 6.75's dial as it is a little more symetrical than the Motors as the Motors' date window is at 4 rather than centrally like the 6.75. This is just an aesthetic point, and whether it bothers you or not is up to you.

Personally I like both as they both offer something different. However, to return to the top, if I had to choose one, it'd be the Motors.
