Buying my first Breitling and am thinking of using Andrew Michaels as they seem to offer a good price.
Just a bit weary about buying a £3000 watch through the mail though.

Have read a couple of feedback in the feedback section, both were positive.
Nevertheless, I'm the type of person that likes to make sure 100% before going ahead with anything, and two feedbacks doesn't really satisfy me at the moment.

Shame I'm not in the US as Govberg seem to be getting rave reviews and they appear to offer very good discounts.

Anyway, back to Andrew Michaels; anymore feedback +ve or -ve from anyone who has bought from them in the past.

The last watch I bought was an Omega PO from Selfridges.
However within a couple of weeks of owning the watch it broke; crown wasn't winding properly.
From this point onwards I experienced a very poor customer service from the AD.
They were unwilling to offer a new replacement, and after a long long discussion I just gave in and accepted a repair.
But then during repairs they tried to charge me saying the watch wasn't under warranty (turned out their employee misplaced the photocopy of my warranty card).

So based on this, I was wondering what the customer service at Andrew Michaels is like?
My previous AD were friendly enough when buying the watch, however when I had a problem with it, it's almost like they didn't want to know.

Worry not, they are the best peeps to deal with in the UK for Breitling.

I bought/ordered a bracelet at the Firford Airshow which was delivered adjusted to the rght size and delivered SD.

I am sure many more will be along soon, singing their praises.

Like Al,

I could't recommend Andrew any higher.
I bought via post twice from Andrew and the whole experience/service etc has been superb.
Rest easy, you'll not go wrong with Andrew.

I've only bought a strap from AM but have heard nothing but good reports for both buying and aftersales service.

Andrew is truly excellent to deal with. He offers excellent customer service and good prices. I'd 100% recommend him - in fact all my Breitling related purchases have and will go through him.

Dont worry my friend, Andrew is fantastic and you wont have a problem! Have purchased 3 watches from him and various straps and all have been received quickly and in perfect condition.

In fact I think my local post office is starting to raise a few eyebrows with me receiving so many boxes from "Andrew Michaels"............ :popo:

He is a man of word and prides himself on making you the customer completely happy, the service you will receive before and AFTER is second to none, very rare in this day and age.

Any questions or concerns send me a private message.

Regards,

Rob

It might be worth getting a price check against Banks Lyon too (another forum sponsor). I've bought two Breitlings from Aziza at BL and I simply cannot fault the service at all, totally flawless.

I think both AM and BL offer incredible service (although I've never bought from AM) so it could just be down to whoever offers the best deal!
