Hi All, After much consideration, I finally bought the Slate-Grey Avenger Skyland with the bracelet. It's my very first Breitling as well and I have to say its a definite looker.... turned a few heads already. =) I love the character of Brietling watches and I foresee more to come =) Cheers to all those who have helped and given advice to me. If you go to the Forum Index, by clicking on the link at the top of this page, then go into Gallery, there at the top you will see a link to a tutorial about uploading pics. Congratulations and welcome! In my opinion you picked the best model of all. I love all the Avenger Skylands. I happened to be lucky enough to get a Blacksteel, but failing that I would have also got a Skyland with either the black or grey dial. I had my sights set on a Windrider Blackbird, but the Skyland line grew on me so much, I could not resist. Also, if you want a change of pace, they look awesome on a Diver Pro or Ocean Racer rubber strap as well. Or even a leather strap. Basically, they look good on anything! Enjoy! Carl |

What a great choice! For me it came down to the Skyland in either slate gray or black. I loved them both, but since I actually did not have a black-faced watch at all, I ended up going that way. But I did spend a joyful hour in the AD choosing between the two! Post some pics when you get a chance, because the watch you got is a real looker. Welcome aboard! |

Yeah I love the chunkiness. I don't have big wrists to start off with so the Skyland looks huge on me. And your SA is even bigger. I'm sure it's going to turn heads. |
