I RECENTLY SENT MY 2006 SUPEROCEAN CHRONO FOR REPAIR AND I RECEIVED A SERVICE QUOTE OF $220 USD WITHOUT POLISHING. IS IT JUST ME OR DOES THAT SEEM LOW?(NOT THAT IM COMPLAINING!!!) I WONDER WHAT IT WILL COST TO GET MY NAVI WORLD SERVICED???

I think that's about right for a baisc service. Full service is higher.

Whats the difference? When do I need the full service? Is the "basic" service a waste of money if your not really aggressive with your watch?

Basic service is basically an 'oil change'. Disassembly, cleaning of oiled parts, replacement of consumables like the mainspring and then relubrication. A full service is the one that they show in the videos where everything gets the full cleaning treatment, the case gets a polish, etc. I believe that the balance is also replaced (easier than replacing the hairspring alone).

The basic service is perfectly fine if the watch has been fine and just needs fresh oil, especially if the case is in good condition.

How much would a "full" service(or overhaul) of the watch and movement as in the video for a Navitimer? Does the "full"service include polishing in the price? Do they have a pricelist for service somewhere online?

As answered in PM, US pricing for a full chrono service is $450 - $500 and includes case polishing. Country specific pricelists are on the Breitling website after you choose your country in the maintenance centre section.
