hi hope someone can help i have a breitling wings automatic which i bought in 2000 new never had a problem with watch until now i havent worn watch for last two years it has been in the box now have decided to sell it so i manually wound watch as per instructions and the watch will run on power reserve for almost two days but when you wear it it stops and starts how do i know i have loosened the crown properly are you able to see any screw thread oh and the watch has never been serviced in ten years

It just needs a service - in fact it needed a service at least 3 years ago. The oil has broken down in the movement and I strongly suggest that you not wind it or wear it as the lack of lubrication could cause movement damage.

Depends which country you are in - guideline costs are on the Breitling website after you choose the maintenance centre option and select your country.
