I'm gutted, picked up my Avenger on Tuesday. The chronograph broke on it today, pressed the chrono button, a little bit of resistance...then clunk. Chrono started but now when I press the button, nothing..Won't stop...Took it back to my AD and they are going to send back off to Breitling. It's gonna take 3-4 weeks..... ![]() Has anybody else had any issues like this? |

It sounds like there is a problem with the assembly of the chrono start / stop mechanism but it's tough to know for sure. Clearly it needs to go back to Breitling but can't be much more help, sorry. |

Did they have another one in stock? Id say you are definitely within your right to ask for a replacement on the spot given that its only three days old. If not, just wait it out and it should come back as good as new. |

The shop hasn't got one in stock, had to wait for it in the first place to come from Breitling. I think mine must have just have been a one off to break like that.... ![]() Just got to wait now, I shall keep you all informed... |

You bought a new QC'd piece, not a new case fixed movement watch. I'm surprised your AD didn't offer a replacement on the spot?!?! I had a similar prob with a diff brand and received a full refund. I'd expect an in-store credit at the very least. I feel bad for you, this is like a kid waking up on Christmas morning to find coal in his stocking. |

Just spoke to my AD, Breitling should be finished with my watch on the 22nd July and get it back to my AD by the 23rd. Keeping my fingers crossed, Going to Ascot Races on the 24th, really want to wear for then. ![]() Only wore it 4 days and I'm missing it already... ![]() |

No way Í would've accepted this solution. When 3 days old they should've replaced ASAP. After 2 weeks or a month I would've considered repair but pertinent not after 3 days. My2c Jack |
