So I was out at a club celebrating a friends birthday last night, and wearing out to a bar/club for the first time my new to me silver faced Chrono Evo.

I went to the bar with a girl to get drinks and she asked me "Do you have a date or something?"

I did not understand, and she said "You keep looking at your watch!" so I apologized and told her I cant help it my watch is sexy.

i absolutely do not disagree with you. i adore women. but for me right now my life is about med school, work and making sure my wrist looks right lol. women are about the last thing on my mind because usually when your trying to stay focused on the road, they fog the windshield lol...

btw any ladies on the site, lots of love from me but for my life right now, i wouldnt be able to give a woman the kind of attention that her and all women deserve.

I completely understand. My wife does bust me out for gazing at my watches. Timepieces are a thing of beauty, that's for sure.

I've certainly found myself looking at my watch, then glancing back a few seconds later because I didn't check to see what time it was!

ncast, that very same scenario has happened to me on multiple occasions. I guess women don't understand our love of watches. Despite the fact that a room full of them will gush over a diamond. At least some watches have casebacks to show off the movement!!

Wow -- It seems we all have the same thing in common here!

My wife used to accuse me of cheating on her since I spent more time with my planes than her, and I used to jump at any and all oppurtunities to fly.

Now she has realized that I am starting to like my LING collection just as much as the aircraft I fly & own.

Funny thing when ever I have the camera and we are taking pictures of something, I don't know how, but I always manage to snap a couple of wrist shots with the LING in action. The wife finds the pictures later as she is uploading the camera. . . . . . . .

I tell her, "Don't hate the player, Hate the Game"

Glad to know I'm not alone with my affection here!
