Hey guys, just received this in the mail half an hour ago. Bought this one on ebay for cheap. Obviously this watch was a real BEATER and needs some attention. But don't worry, it was all in the description so no harm done.

When i say beater, you look at it and you think it was the watch of a guy doing a turn in Iraq, seriously. The main thing is that the crown falls off. Amazingly, crystal and AR looks intact. Date of manufacture is 4th week of 2007... :poke:

It will go to AD and Breitling tommorow for a complete overhaul so i hope to get it back before the end of the summer. I'll post picture Old/New when it comes back!

I also have a nice brown calf strap on deployment waiting to share it's time between this and my CSO. :lingsrock:

I hope it comes out good from the overhaul. I heard only good stories from BUSA and BUK but from Grigoros in Canada, didn't hear anything.

It doesn't actually look that bad, really. The crown falling off definitely needs to be fixed, and *maybe* a new bezel if you are a perfectionist. But really, a simple cleaning and polishing would probably do a world of good.

As a reference, a pre-owned Colt GMT in nearly as-new condition goes for around $1200. With some minor wear they go down to about $1000. So for the price, you have a cosmetic budget of a little over $400. Good luck!
