Expect lots of replies advocating the 'Full Ling' Avenger Skyland.

Personally I'd go with whatever looks best on your wrist.

Gresco, VI is right, a ton of us around here love the Avenger Skyland. (Myself included) But ultimately it should be whatever you like and whatever looks good on your wrist. If you go to an AD make sure you tell them what it is you are looking for, so they dont try to push something on you just to make a sale.

Good Luck!!

Yep, watches are very personal things..... (although a lot of us will generally advocate the larger models on here). The absolute key is to "try before you buy". There really is no substitute for getting them on your wrist and checking them out from all angles. One (or maybe both!) will jump out at you as the one (or two!) to have.

Just a point on the larger models (the skyland in this case, although it's not actually that large these days) - I would recommend taking your time in the shop with it on your wrist as you get used to the larger watches very very quickly. It may immediately feel too large, but give it a few mins and it quickly becomes acceptable. I only make this point as the experience tends to be that people only ever seem to move up in watch size as their collection grows. No-one starts out with an SA and then says "You know what? I now really want that 38mm Monbrillant". Just an observation...... But at the end of the day, just buy whatever you are most happy with.
