Hi everyone!
This is my first post so i would like to congratulate you all for the great forum!! Great photos and informations!

As a big Breitling fan, i am really looking forward to buy my all time favorite watch - The Chronomat.
The problem was that after trying it in a Breitling AD i found it were waay too shiny for me.. I felt quite bad cuz i was "dreaming" of it for quite a long time! :D

So i want to ask you guys 2 simply questions:

1- Does the satin Blackbird bracelet fit the current SS Chronomat ?

2- Is it possible to buy only the case of the SS Chronomat ? (in a Breitling AD)

Thank you so much for helping me out!!

:lingsrock: all the way!

Allow me to be the first to welcome you to the forum! You will come to find that this one of the best places on the internet to discuss time pieces as well as the fantastic brand which is breitling!

As for your question, please refer to this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=19426

I asked the same question in the thread and it was answered.

In short, yes the BB bracelet will fit. But it is more expensive.

IDK how the brushed bracelet would look on the polished chronomat though. You should prob look for the polished BB bracelet.

I don't know how the hell I missed that thread. Did you get it? That's exactly the watch I want, just on DPII. I'm not into the real shiny look either, it just doesn't work with what I usually wear, i.e. shorts, adidas sneakers and polo shirts, and I think that a rubber strap can look sporty and would also go well if your dressed up. And then it can always be put on a black croc for special occasions.

So is it possible to order the Chronomat case with the blackbird bracelet, by just spending an extra 100$ ??
