Just curious if this is a good price for it. I am buying a BNIB chronomat evo. I got it priced out at just under 4K is that a good deal for it?

Beware of the very convincing chronomat fakes out there.

It is an AD. They are going out of the breitling business. I just didn't know if that was really a good deal or not for a chrono evo. I have not bought a watch of this caliber and don't want to get ripped off.

At 2009 list prices, SS with pilot bracelet is $5840. Your cost of $4000 is ~31% discount, sounds like a good deal to me (for new).

Well the order went in late so my first bling is in the mail right now. Here by 3 tomorrow. I am trying to figure out how to come home early from work. I told my wife if she opened before I got here that was grounds for divorce. I will post the opening and first wrist shot pics as soon as I get home. I decided to go with george even though it was a little more for a little less he had exactly what I wanted and I thought I could help the sire I am glad to finally be a member of. Thanks justin

Well...It was a long day at work but coming home to my first Bling made it all worth it. My favorite pic has got to be the wrist shot with my new favorite toy with my sons favorite toy (trash truck...we are very hopeful for his future HAHA) in the background. Sorry the pics are not to great my good camera is broken...But here goes. Hope I do the upload right.

Very nice, I love the color of the dial and how the date wheel has the black background. Congrats again and wear it in good health.

Very nice Skism...
First BEB Chronomat I've seen live pics of. Like the way the black date window matches black subs - real sharp!
Enjoy and you better not call in sick tommorrow  , or maybe you'll have to if you stay up all night admiring it!

Wow, very nice piece for a first Breitling. Congrats!!!

They seem to be putting the blackeyeblue on many models - B01, Blackbird, Chronomat, even the Heritage46 has one available, though they call it something different.

As I'm sure you'll agree, the dial is even more impressive in the flesh than on pics.

Dead on right...It looks way better in person I would recommend BEB to anyone. I went and looked at a lot of them and this is by far the most unique style I saw. After my first full day of wearing it though I am not sure I can handle the pressure I have never been so careful with anything before...

Nice, I think the BEB is going to be my next color scheme; but wasn't the Evo renamed in 2008? I thought it was just called the Chronomat now.
