I purchased a replacement strap for my Bentley GT from MAC (Bob Watch Bands) in Germany. The shipping was fast (6 days to Canada), the communication excellent, and best of all, the strap is great. The quality of the leather and the detailed workmanship makes this strap a nice addition to your Breitling collection at a fraction of the cost of an Original strap.

Ordered another strap yesterday.

Ordered another strap yesterday.

Docnagel,

I recently purchased a OEM leather strap for my Super Avenger and was surprised at the thickness and how well it forms to my wrist. This is in comparison to a Alligator strap that I bought a few months ago. Granted the Alligator is thick but there is something to be said about the OEM strap. With this said how do these straps compare to your original in terms of thickness and how well it forms around your wrist?

Thanks

Hi Jerome
In terms of conforming to your wrist, and comfort, I found virtually no difference, except that perhaps the replacement strap conformed more quickly, than did my OE. That being said, my replacement strap is thinner than my OE croc.

The OE strap is on the left. There is a difference in appearance, but not in function. I was so pleased with the strap and the transaction that I already ordered another strap in a different "brown" I'll post some pics when I get it.

Very nice! I always wanted to snag a bob strap.. for the enourmous difference in price, its something to consider for sure. I do enjoy my OEM straps and I've never really used anything else, but when mine do wear out I will consider others... or perhaps some Brown Gator might look good now ;)
