I was thinking of removing the bracelet of this below... and having it satin brushed along with the top of the lugs a'la Blackbird..... whaddya think?

Don't do it Murph. If you want a brushed piece, sell that one and buy a brushed BB or just buy a brushed BB outright. The graphite dial on your Evo is gorgeous with the polished finish and also looks fantastic with black OEM calf or croco. Further, if you decide you made a mistake afterwards, selling the piece should be easy because the value will have dropped to the bottom of the barrel. Just my .02 worth of course. Best, Ron |

I personally wouldn't but then it isn't my watch. Do whatever makes you happy but I'd avise being sure it's exactly what you want before you commit. Good luck! |

That watch looks incredible on black leather or croc. Great photos. I like both the polished and brushed but I wouldnt alter any of my pieces like that. Would that type of altercation be done directly by breitling?? If not, does that have any impact on the warranty? Just curious. |

I say go for it mate. The finish can always be reversed anyway. If the brushing comes out really uniform, then its gonna look 'factory' like. Do it, do it, do it
