Headed to Cancun June 13-20 with my gf. I know there are two Ad's located there. Anyone have any experience buying there? I'm not looking to buy but if the gf only lets me visit one AD, anyone know which one has more stock to look at? I have never handled any of the new models, ioncluding the BO1 and the Navi 125 Aniv. Also, as I am not looking to buy you just never ever know for sure. I just can get such a good deal here in the states that buying out of the country and worrying about customs etc is not worth it in my opinion.

I forget the name of the dealer my parents went to when we all went on a family vacation. Its in the smaller more expensive shopping mall located off the main road on the other side (away from cancun center) My mum bought a Tag with diamond bezel and they treated my parents to an awesome dinner out in a great restaurant in town as a good gesture.

Regarding customs...... If you do buy, just wear the watch home and mail the empty box back. Thats what I do when ever I travel and buy something. No one can prove that you don't travel with more than one watch at a time and customs cant charge you tax for an empty box.

cant help you with an AD but check out isla mujeres, small island off of cancun if you dont already know it. also, i think this time of year the whale sharks start showing up, you can take a tour and swim with them...

Actually there are three outlets in Cancun as I recall

I'll look on my receipt for the one I bought from, I got my Montbrillant Legende there and had a decent discount and great service. I think off the top of my head it was from Ronay.

There are two in the main shopping mall La Isla Shopping Village, where I bought my watch, another about 1/4 mile down on the sea side, Luxury Avenue. There are two great jewellery stores there, but the smaller is the dealership which sells Breitling. Be sure to find it, it's at the right hand side of the main entrance off the main road, not at the far right of the building where the bigger jewellery store is located. There is another huge jewellery store on the far left of the mall, when I was there Breitling was not in their remit.

Bartering is not frowned upon. look for 20%

Have fun, don't envy you as I know my wallet get mashed up travelling.

man, i got my Colt II auto in Ronay, la Isla....very nice service, but i thought it had a small selection. there are two Ronay´s on mais road...yes.

the best of the best is the one in the Panama airport if you going through there....huge discounts if you know negotiate!
huge selection, i mean...they have everything!!!! should pay them a visit!
