I bought my first breitling in Oct of 2007... A Chrono Evo, Black dial, on a bracelet, I love it. Now considering my second breitling. I want something a little more casual. I would like opinions, thoughts on either of these two watches:

1) Navi World, White dial, black strap
or
2)Super Avenger, White Dial, black Strap

I love both watches, tried 'em both on....JUST CANT MAKE UP MY MIND!
Wanted the white dial and black strap, because I didn't want something that looked too similar to my Evo. I'm open to hear suggestions to other color/watch combos

Thanks!
Mac

I'd vote for the Navi World. I like the SA more, but think the Navi World looks better on the black strap than the SA. Whatever you choose you can't go wrong - their both very beautiful!

I feel your pain, mac5217. In fact, I should probably say I felt your pain as I ended up buying both those models myself! :) (Differnt colour combinations though).

You honestly can't go wrong with either - both are different to your Chronomat, but in different ways. It's a difficult (but nice) decision to have to make! Good luck.

In light of recent duff advice I've posted lately, this time I'm going to cover myself.
Buy both.
HTH :)

The choice is a personal one that only you can make, but if it's up to a vote put me down for the Navi World.

Of the two, I would prefer the Navitimer. The white dial looks amazing with the Navitimer steel bracelet. I also think the black dial with the gold or brown strap is hot. Especially since it kind of picks up the gold Breitling wings on the dial.
The choosing is half the fun!
Cheers,
Carl

I think I'd like the SA white face with the brown croco strap. I think I'd get it with the pro II and buy the croco as an add-on

You're considering two fine pieces.

I own the Navi-World and love it, but I could possibly imagine owning either on a strap!

Speaking as someone who has an SA on a strap, and had a World on a strap for a while too (before swapping to a bracelet), I can thoroughly recommend a bit leather/croco on these watches. I does suit them both. And Breitling straps really are second to none in the quality department. You won't be disappointed either way..... just make sure you get a deployant clasp if you want to make your straps last as long as poss.

Driver 8 is right, Brietling has some of the nicest straps around provided they have the deployant clasp.

I always thought that the SA on a strap was a very sharp watch, but It doesn fit my wrist well. So if it was me Id go with the Navi.

Ultimately though, you cant go wrong either way. And if you are like the rest of us, you will wind up with the one you didnt purchase later on down the road. Breitlings are an addiction. Good Luck though!

Navi Wold with a croc band and deployment clasp. Just my 2 cents worth.
