Hello i'm new to the source I'm picking up a Steel Fish with a black face on the pro II tommorow from a local AD, my first major timepeice purchase i had a few questions I've read post where people mention that they get some goodies at the time of purchase my question is do all AD's give you stuff? should I ask?......a buddy of mine got a hat and backpack is there any other goodies I should be aware of? and also what should the AD fill out on the warranty card before I leave the store? thanks in advance another ling-noob

I don't know about goodies. I purchased a Steelfish and a Blacksteel within 3 weeks and didn't receive anything. I didn't really occur to me to ask for anything. I actually thought these things came from Breitling and not the AD, if they come at all. Anyway, I am happy with both the watches, and with the excellent service I get from the AD, so that's all I need. I certainly wouldn't turn down a Breitling cap, though, if it was offered.
You will get a certificate with the watch no. on it,certifying that the watch is an officially certified Swiss chronometer. Also a small International Warranty booklet, with the AD stamp, with Name, address and signature on the second-to-last page. On the last page are the Serial No. and Date of Purchase, as well as the Country and AD name actually punched through the page.

If you're in the US you'll get a Cap when you register.. I think some AD's in the US give their really good customers stuff like backpacks and pens and stuff.

Hello Pablo7, a few hours ago I picked a SO Steel Fish, black face, steel bracelet from my local AD. The piece is so nice that I could not keep my eyes on the road for more than 10 sec. with out looking at my new watch.

I did not ask for any goddies, but I got two nice B-ling caps, two t-shirts, two heavy duty ink pens, two duffle bags and a nice chrome B-Ling Blue Angels table display. This is my second B-ling in less than two months. The 1st was a Navi World, silver face with the steel bracelet and for that one he gave me Caps, t-shirts and a duffle bag.

Good luck with your new SO and enjoy it as much as I'm going to enjoy mine.
