I have a New SA Blue face with batons. I feel like its scratching easily. Is this band due to its high polish finish prone to scratching easily? Can it be polished to remove scratches. I have always worn either watches with brushed bands or straps.

Thanks

Polished finishes have a tendancy to collect lots of hairline scratches over time. Just part of day to day wear.

To polish out most scratches a lot of the members here prefer what are called "Cape Cod Cloths". You can get them from Amazon. These effectively polish out most light scratches and with a little elbow grease, more serious ones. Another brand, which is less effective, is "Sunshine Cloths".

Just a warning though, Cape Cods will actually remove the brushed finish from SS.

Also, when the time comes (3-5 years) for the watch to get an overhaul, Breitling does a fantastic job of re-habbing and polishing to a near-new finish.

So the cape cod cloths that are pre moistened on amazon will work best? I have the Pro II fully polished avenger.

They will work. If you search for Cape Cod, you will see many testimonials. Might take some umph but will do the trick.
