Probably should have thought about this prior to purchasing, but my mind was thinking about the older SteelFish instead of the newer 44mm... Anyway purchased one this weekend, and it should be arriving on Wednesday. The actual potential size of this thing dawned on me this morning. ![]() I currently wear either a Colt or a GMT II most days, and have a small wrist. Is anyone with a smaller wrist sporting a SteelFish in 44mm? How does it size up to a Blackbird? I just had a Blackbird on last week and think I could get away with it. |

Quote: Is anyone with a smaller wrist sporting a SteelFish in 44mm? No worries. I have very small wrists and the Steelfish fits just fine. Sits differently than my Blackbird but both wear well with small wrists. |

I too have a skinny wrist (cca 6.6 inches), I also own a Colt, and my next watch may just be the Rolex GMT IIC ![]() As for the Blackbird, I recently tried it on (on an Ocean Racer strap), and was pleasantly surprised by how well it wears. It's thicker than the Steelfish with roughly the same case diameter, but on a rubber strap it is just fine for even a skinny wrist like mine. To sum up: if you liked how the Blackbird wears, then you have nothing to worry about the Steelfish. In the case it turns out to be too heavy for your liking on bracelet, just put a strap on it. |

The first time i put on a SF i thought it was gigantic on my wrist, but I got used to it after a while and love it even more now. Its become my everyday watch.... and my Colt GMT seems so small now when I wear it ![]() |

You could pull off the Steelfish. It wears smaller than the 44mm size so it shouldn't be a problem. It may take a day or 2 to get used to, but after that, you should be fine. |

For me the diameter isn't really the problem, its more the fact the case back protrudes out quite far from the case. My wrists are about 6.75" and it sits pretty well. |

Thanks for all of the feedback. My wrist is a 6.75" so I guess it will be okay. After wearing it and getting used to it, my Rolex GMT II will probably look very small. Will post pictures once I get it in an sized properly. |

Should not be a problem. I wear a Steelfish on Ocean Racer on my 6.5" wrist, the watch actually looks small since I wore a Super Avenger for a while. |

Agree with the above, I think you'll be fine. Steelfish on pro 2 bracelet was no problem on my 6.5'' wrist. |

Quote: After wearing it and getting used to it, my Rolex GMT II will probably look very small. The Breitling AD I frequent is also a Rolex AD. I tried on a submariner and couldn't get past the fact it was so light. Guess I'm Breilting spoiled. |
