Post subject:  Pricing on B1

My dealer took in a B1 that appears to be in excelent condition, they said that they sold it to a client a couple of years ago and that he is always buying new watches from them. Any way he traded in his B1 and it doesnt look like its even been worn. This is not the super Quartz version though:( I was wondering if you guys could tell me what a fair price for this watch would be?

Thanks

Fair is very subjective.. if you are buying from a dealer that will give oyu a warranty I think that's worth something. So i would think somewhere around $1500-1600...

Thanks they are asking $1900 and I thought that was a bit high. I had my AD search for a new B1 with the super quartz movement and they found a new old stock one. Unfortuantly what they are saying is that the watch was a current model it retailed for about $2400 but now that is is diss continued its priced as its replacement the airwolf for $3500. Does that make sense? Why would breitling expect someone to pay a $1000 more for a discontinued model, I dont get it.
