If you mean the COSC certificate then Breitling has to reissue it. Policy varies from country to country but at the very least the watch needs to go to an AD for validation and sometimes the requirement is to have it sent to the national Breitling service centre. Cost is around $50.

If you mean the COSC certificate you will need to send it into Breitling for authentication. The authentication is free, but if you want a new COSC cert as well it will cost you around £35 GBP (or around $50 USD). Give Breitling USA, or Breitling UK depending where you are from, a call and they'll tell you what you need to do.

EDIT - Oops, posted at exactly the same time as Roff!

But you know what they say about great minds Driver

Only pulling your leg here....I have a watch on its way back to me from BUK which has just been in for the very same reason. They received Wednesday morning and they had it back into the postal system by last night ....Authentification completed money taken and COSC ordered with Switzerland. Cost £32.93...great :)
