Avenger Dial Question

Post subject:  Avenger Dial Question
Hi All,

I have a question about the current Avenger.

Are the Arabic numbers silver or white on the Volcano Black dial with black sub-dials?

I live 70 miles from the nearest AD so a trip to them is a little tough to pull off and the Breitling website images do not make it clear to me.

New to the board so please forgive me if the question has already been asked. I attempted to search but "avenger" is too common a word to make a search work!

The older avengers, 2009 and older, are white. The new avenger arabics are silver and are stenciled and are a little bigger font I believe. Your AD might not have the new ones yet as I havn't seen any around my area yet.

The dials are exactly the same with the exception of the style and the color used for the numbers. The new dial has silver numbers and the older one has them written in white with a stencil style. I like the older one better. To me it tends to bring out the dial more. I guess I like the contrast. The new one with silver numbers blends in too much with the the polished silver case and bracelet. Im in the Washington DC area and I have access to look at both models. Fortunate for me there are about 9 ADs within like 15-20miles of me....crazy!
