OK, so I took delivery of my watch winder today and was reading the instructions (who knew a box could be so complex!) and it says to figure out which direction mine needs to be wound it'd have to be powered down. I'm going away for the weekend tomorrow and would like to leave the Navitimer in the box but don't have time to let it run out of juice.

Anyone with one of these boxes know if a Navitimer winds clockwise, anti-clock wise or alternates? If I'm not sure I'm tempted just put it on alternating to get a bit of both. Thanks :)

If you go to the main page and click Breitling Models on the left hand side of the screen and then look up your model it'll tell you which ways you can wind it.

Welcome IFRPilot181!

Maybe I'm just blind but I went to the Navitimer section on the website and don't see it listed under the technical data. Is it somewhere else? Thanks

Thank You! Just got my first Breitling last weekend, my dad got it for me as a present. Makes me feel like a million bucks. 8) Hope I'm not misdirecting you. After you click on Navitimer Series, and then select your model, it should say "Watchwinder Direction" at the bottom right above "Reference Numbers."

Check out the Orbita watch winder website -

http://www.orbita.ch/index_eng.htm

(Click 'Support' and then 'Automatic Watch Database')

They have an extensive database of models/winding directions.

Thanks very much, must be my browser (or I'm just living up to my screenname) as I can't see it still! I went to Navitimer and clicked on my model and it had the whirly thing with 360 view, technical data etc but I didn't see anything in the bottom right of the screen. Bizarre!

Thanks for letting me know anyway!
