Especially if you have this watch, but even if you don't - the green dial Bentey GT or GT Racing - I like the look of this watch but wonder how versatile it is with various dress (read "suits"). For instance, a navy suit with blue shirt - would this watch look odd? Sure I know I can do some actual footwork, but am lazy right now.

Thanks,

Gotta love st patrick's day... Everyones into green.... :D
Seriously, I beleive the green dial watches are heavily discounted because they aren't very popular. But if YOU like it, go for it. And remember it'll be harder to sell as well.
Personally, green would have to be my last choice for a dial colour

I wear full suits 5 days a week, and I don't think a green dial would blend well with most of them. It would look great with black or perhaps navy with a white dress shirt. I don't think it would work with various shades of gray and certainly not browns/tans. Maybe if you get this watch you should add a darker olive suit to your closet?

It might not be the right watch at a law firm or investment bank...........but they would go crazy for it at an ad agency or studio.

But hey, iI'm not a fashion expert, if you like it then go for it! I bet it would draw a lot of compliments and even more inquiries.

I really like some of these less common colours - the grey-violet also appeals to me, but I think that they are all probleatic as 'only' watches. One of the things that I like is the fact that they can add something different to a collection - it's a watch that looks nothing like anything else in a collection.

However, as others have said, they can be limited and I don't think that they can be tailored to work with every outfit.

Opted for the "drey storm " dial - "quilted diamond" dial. It really is a light blue/ greyish dial. Sublte but stunning. Will go with any suit I believe.

The dial shown is not mother of pearl but rather one of 3 dials that have the "quilted diamond" pattern and a mettalic dial. It has a MOP-like look. There is the Storm Grey(somewhat grey/mettalic blue), Burnt Oak(a metalic light bronze), and Storm White. So if by mother of pearl you are referring to the this dial design, then yes there is one in white.
