Thanks to this forum and the kind tips of a member here, I was able to get all the way to my dream watch. The stock band is stored away until I can figure out how (if possible) to adapt it without modification to the UTC - but for now, here's my Blackbirdomat UTC  Best, -Dan ----

Looks great with the UTC!  The BB has really grown on me over the years, and it shows what, IMO, a Breitling really should look like. |

Looks great. There's something about that Big Date at the 12 o'clock position I love. Really perfectly proportioned timepeice. |

Very nice indeed! Why oh why didn't I buy the BB last early last year instead of the Cosmonaute and subsequently when I flipped the Cossie, why didn't I buy the BB instead of the Super Avenger Black Steel? I'm seriously considering moving the Black Steel on and getting a used BB on the stunning faceted bracelet (.....and of course the brown croc, oh yeah, and the Ocean Racer......) Stef |

what a beauty...surely my favorite breitling to date, how can someone say this watch is ugly? the utc fits like a glove, since i saw the picture of Alan i fell in love of the combo BB+utc btw Alan you need to take more pictures...your pictures are always cool |
