Being a big fan of the Breitling for Bentley series, I noticed that the bronze dial of the Motors model has thin chrome lining around the subdials on some pics and sometimes not. The official site's picture doesn't have'em (though seems all the other colour versions do) but seen a lot pics of a legit looking version that does have the linings. Does anyone know if this an option you can decide when ordering one or do only replicas simply have the lining?

This isnt just a copper dial thing. Its actually a new model called the Motors "speed" or the 6.75 "speed" New this year. If you look on the motors "speed" dial also a lot more numbers are in red. they pretty much just took the motors and 6.75 and added/changed a few minor details on the dial. I dont think anything at all was changed with the bracelet or case. Someone else can be sure about the case though. I did hear once that the motors "speed" and 6.75 "speed" had some brushed areas on the cases unlike the original motors and 6.75 which are all polished.

Just looked and it looks like Breitling may be interchanging the "speed" dials and regular dials in the 6.75 versions viewing area. Not sure though its hard to tell. so I cannot answer your bronze dial question for sure

thanks for the response. i am pretty sure the new speeds dont come in bronze. the TS might be confused since the new black has a metallic red in it when viewed under light.

TS? And was this metallic black dial really confirmed? I thought this was still up for speculation a little bit. Not arguing just questioning my man

not open for debate i am always right!!! ....hahahahah im jk!

TS means thread starter. This was what i was told from my AD. They just told me that the bronze, green and purple? dont sell well so they decided to keep basic colors. i cant tell you 100% just passsing off what was told to me.

Edit: as for the metallic black....i called BUSA and spoke to someone in sales (Sarah I believe) and she confirmed that the black dial on the speed versions have the metallic red in them. hope that clarifies

Thx for replies, but I'm not talking about the Motors Speed version here; I know it has broader chrome lining on the subdials and finish on the bezel. I'm talking about the original Motors version; guess it's easiest to show the difference with pics... if I can get it done right :P Someone mentioned that the Motors doesn't get made with the deeper more coppery colour anymore but is the same as the 6.75 chocolatey, matte bronze? If that's the case, then I guess I'd have to get an used one...
