In case there was any doubt after the way that things went after a previous time I did this, here is more evidence that I am certifiably insane........

For a limited time I can arrange for people to get 40% off Breitlings in stock at a single location in Toronto. After the last time we tried this there are some restrictions:

1) No shipping, in store pick up only
2) In stock only and I am not managing the store inventory so can't tell you what they currently have (contrary to what one member on here thinks I do not work for an AD)
3) No deposit / lay away / can I think about it for a month sales

If you are interested let me know and I will hook you up, but please read the restrictions carefully, if this doesn't go smoothly I'm not doing it again.

Other brands may be able to get greater than 40% - 45% or so on Jean Richard is likely, also Ebel. No guarantees on percentage, but good deals also on Oris, Bucherer, and Zenith, although very limited stock on Zenith.

Can you PM me a price on a Stainless Blackbird? Is there tax in Toronto? I work with a guy who has family there, so I can pay him, and have his parents pick it up. Let me know if there's any difference between cash and credit card pricing. Thanks.

I knew this was a mistake after the last couple of times.........

I do not work for an AD and therefore I cannot quote AD prices. If you want to know how and where to arrange this then contact me by PM and I will tell you which store and who to contact there.

Ontario has 13% sales tax, 5% federal and 8% provincial. With a store pick up both will have to be paid.

Well maybe Google should phone one of their staff in Toronto and have them look out the window.

Bright sunshine, not a cloud in the sky.

I think we get our data from Weather Underground. In the meantime I'll IM someone on the Toronto office :). We don't use the phone a whole lot around here.

Or you could take the radical approach of taking my word for it

How about a webcam?

Wow this thread took an unexpected turn.

Edit: And just for future reference since the webcam will update periodically and is subject to change, the current pictures shows blue skies.

13% sales tax in Ontario! And I've been gripping about 8.3%.

Oh and congtrats to Canada on the hockey gold. As much as it bites to admit this, it was only proper for Canada to win on their home ice.

Sorry for the confusion. Based on those taxes, I'll pick one up here in the States. Thanks.

13% sales tax in Ontario!

Because the taxes are split it's possible that the 8% provincial tax can be reclaimed by non residents of Ontario, but you would need to check that - the deals are in store only so the tax will need to be paid.

Also, taxes will change after July 1st (not that this deal will last that long) because Ontario is going to a Harmonised Sales Tax that combines the federal and provincial taxes.

Another way for them to collect more tax...jezzz.. guess i wont be hiring any contractors... great way to recover the economy... i was going to do some stamped concrete, but now looking at paying an additional 2k as a direct result of the harmonization. either that or do it before July 1:)
