First, I guess, will Breitling even touch the watch? I assume they take no liability for the finish once it is sent to them, as they normally polish the factory finishes to new anyway, so probably don't take too much time worrying about scratches done during service. Even if they do take the watch for service, would you send it in? Again, I assume you're just inviting damage to the finish. Thanks for any thoughts. -Seth |

You will have to ask them. I wouldn't put it past them to remove it and charge you for the privilege. I also wouldn't be surprised if they refused to service it. They seem to be getting a little better these days, but definitely check first. |

Once again, I'd suggest sending it to JD Watchworks. You can deal with Julius directly instead of faceless BUSA. |
