I don't think I could go for another watch for myself right now. I want to get my wife a B-Ling. I would go for a mug, t-shirt, pen, hat etc....

We could get just about anything with BreitlingSource stamped on it :D

My wife has a (freaking expensive) machine that does embroidery from computer images - may look a little more 'upmarket' than a transfer print if the volume is manageable.

Actually - you might have something there. Not sure if that's what you had in mind originally, but this just came to my own mind...

Track down a limited number of interested people. Order leather straps on deployant clasps - people will probably be allowed to choose their prefered colors/sizes. And then, get something nice done on it as an "aftermarket treat". (If, it would be possible to do so, of course.)

What do you think?

I know it's possible to get leather embroidered - you just need a stronger needle, although whether leather as thick as a watch strap could be neatly embroidered is harder to say.

You could always look at some kind of branding, although that would probably have to be done on the inside.

It's certainly a more affordable concept for people who may not find it easy to drop a few thousand on a breitlingsource watch.

Can't we simply create a logo and stamp the leather of a strap?

I actually had another idea while on my way to work this morning. I don't have a lot of jewelry, I consider my Breitling to be fine jewelry as well as an awesome timpiece. However, I do own a couple of good rings, which I enjoy wearing on occasion. I was thinking how fine it would be to have a fairly substantial ring, either stainless or silver, with either the Breitling Wings logo, or the "B" on it. Another option would be to have the band designed to resemble the PRO II or Pilot bracelet. Anyway, there are lots of options for rings, I am sure an appropriate design is out there. I guess the Breitling Wings and "B" would not be allowed without permission from Breitling which probably wouldn't happen, but there are lots of other options.
Cheers,
Carl
