I'm trying to find a bracelet for my cossie (A22322) but I'm getting quite confused with all the numbers. In one place I read that 442A or 431A will fit. Then in another that I need 423A. Which is it? I see that there are two different types of buckles, one with "1884" on the clasp (442A) and another without the "1884" and with an angled buckle (423A). Is this why there is more than one bracelet code that will work? Finally, what I would really like is a 5 segment old style bracelet instead of the more recent 7 segment. Does such a thing exist for the A22322 cossie? Thanks!! |

Older ref# is 423A with a "B" on the safety clasp, newer one is 440A with raised wings on the safety clasp. Pilot bracelet (5 segment) has "Old Nav/Cosmo" written on the end links, as it can be seen from some of the Ron's photos, if I remember correctly. |

Thanks, bnewbie, as always! I am going to scour the land for a pilot bracelet. I have found some but with the wrong end links. I assume it's impossible to buy these separately? |

You are welcome. I don't think that you can buy Pilot end links for model that uses a Navi bracelet for more than 10 years now. |

I found myself a Pilot bracelet with OLDNAV/COSMO on the end links. The bracelet code looks to be X 0386. I don't have the bracelet in hand yet but fingers crossed it should be the right one! |

What you think is a code, is date of manufacture of the bracelet - 3rd week in 1986. |
