hello all! just got a dark brown leather strap, and dont much fancy the white stitch. have heard or taking shoe polish to it to even out the stitch, rendering it brown. any one recommend a dark brown shoe polish that is close in color.

Maybe try a few different shades on some white cotton cloth/thread to see which will come the closest. A "dry run" so you don't get it wrong the the real thing. Just a suggestion.

ok, found some great stuff at Kroger, up the road from my house. KIWI Scuff Cover. brown of course. was going for that blood diamond look;), if you've seen it Leo is sporting a Crono Avenger w brown leather. and for the advice about color matching on a separate cloth. the shoe dye's come w a white sponge tip to apply, so that is how i matched. thx agn Joe
