As far as I am aware they yellow outer ones in the top picture are correct for those years as well as the marble effect bakalite inner box or it could be the black and yellow one although I may be wrong someone will correct me if I am

Re Alan's pics : 1st pic type i'm sure came out in late 2004, 2nd pic used from 1996-9, The third pic boxes were used from 1999 'til early 2003. But some AD's will put them in the first box they find, so sometimes there are a few discrepancys. Regards Steve
