I spoke to the person I know at BUK and asked about the publishing of her contact details this is what she replied and this goes for Samantha as well.
Regarding your other question; I believe my email address already appears somewhere on the Breitling forum as I receive quite a few emails from members of that site. At Breitling we try and get back to customers enquiries as soon as possible and the problem with sending queries to my personal email address is that if I am not at my desk or away from the office then I sometimes am unable to reply to these for some time leaving customers not very happy. If the email is sent to
enquiries@breitling-uk.com, the chances are that I will still be the one responding to the email but, if for some reason I am not available, someone else will also be checking and responding to emails to this address which is not the case with my personal email address. The same applies for Samantha’s email. For technical or customer service related enquiries it is far better to email
customerservices@breitling-uk.com as a number of people are able to respond to emails sent to this address.
