Does anyone know if it's possible to contact Breitling Head Office directly and not via an AD?

Tag and Omega have email addresses on their websites that allow you to talk to a "real person" at their Head Offices, but I've looked over the Breitling website and they do not seem to have that facility.

(Just handy sometimes to be able get through to them directly - for example : to notify them of QC issues, ask for advice, check serial numbers, etc, etc).

Breitling Grenchen only has a Phone number and no general email AFAIK. I know Breitling USA has an email.. but you are not from the USA.. you could try emailing them anyway :)

Cheers Admin. Do you happen to have the Breitling USA email address to hand at all?

Driver 8, I just added the contact info for Breitling SA, Breitling USA, Breitling UK and the Canadian Distributor for Breitling onto the contact page. Been meaning to for a while.. but finally decided to now:

When I had the problem with my 'broken' strap I simply wrote a letter to 'Customer Services' at the head office at Grenchen describing the problem and giving my e-mail address etc. and after a couple of weeks I received a reply from a VERY helpful person - we continued to converse by e-mail, sorted the problem, and this was without doubt the reason behind my getting a Christmas card this year!! Try it

I've just recovered my exchange of mails with Breitling - the person with whom I dealt with was Mme. Liliane MORGAN, Customer Service, customer.relation@breitling.com

Hope this is of some use to you.
