Quite surprised that some of the parts don't seem to sit down flat and rock around until screws are wound down

Me too, I watched it start to finish. I worry about myself sometimes I know what you mean. I think maybe it's not because of bad fit, but perhaps it's just hard to get something so tiny to sit properly first. Perhaps someone can share some insight

Can't watch the video because I am at home with just dialup (high speed by April supposedly!!), but generally speaking the wheels are the hardest part to seat because they need to sit in the jewels on bridges and plates, as well as engaging with one another. I try to get a good fit with the feet on the bridges but it is sometimes necessary to tighten bridge screws before they fit properly. |

Outstanding video, ably supported by the second movement of Beethoven's 9th symphony (my favourite movement)  Never seen that before and I'm very glad I did, very cool. Fiddly and painstaking though, easy to drop a screw I'd imagine. Great find! |

I'm sitting in the middle of the forest with high speed being bounced in by a string of towers originating in Hamilton. The last tower services about 15 local homes. Wouldn't have bought the house without it. Great video, I love stuff like that and it seriously makes me consider taking a course... this kind of delicate work is right up my alley. |
