The thing is you shouldnt have to and if you can prove your case to paypel and ebay they should ban him on principle I mena hes using ebay to scam people the low life scum

In my case it was a trade...No PP, no EBAY involved.....Good old fashioned human trust, something EREZ LUGASI has no idea what that means

We have to scam him back. Next time he lists something on the Bay, dont advertise it with a new thread. Quietly win the auction and leave him a negative with a full explanation.

OK, here we go again.

This has been said before - in fact it seems to get said every time that there is an Erez Lugasi thread.............

There is absolutely no point in making threats on here. If something happens to Mr. Lugasi then you could be in serious trouble - in fact here's an exact quote from me from the last time this was discussed......

"I know it makes you feel better to vent, but last time that a thread on this gentleman went this way it took a member to point out that his lawyer wife had identified a number of potential problems for people who post what could be interpreted as threats if something were to happen to Mr. Lugasi."
