I found a Breitling watch several years ago I have never been able to find the owner. Does anyone know how to locate the owner through breitling? Any Ideas?

First of all, if you could post some pics we'd be able to tell if it's genuine or not.

If it IS genuine, and if you are US based then you may (and I stress "may") be able to contact BUSA and tell them the serial number. The US is the only country I know of that encourages people to register their watches with Breitling, so you may get lucky. However registration is not mandatory so there are no guarantees. If you are based anywhere other than the US then Breitling will be unable to do anything.

I'm in the US. Does anyone have a phone number for Busa? What the abbreviation stand for?
Thx C

It's Breitling USA and here's the number.
You might want to post a pic before you call just to make absolutely certain it's genuine.

No its more sophiscated looking. I'm beginning to think it may be a replica> I saw someone elses note that if it has 0111 proceeding the Model # that it is a replica.

Seriously, just post us up a picture and we'll be able to tell you in 5 seconds if it's genuine or not.

However, what I will say is that if it doesn't look exactly like that link I posted, and if it definitely has the model number you quoted, then it's fake. That model number is unique to the B-1.
