hi,
i am new to the forum and very interested in the ss version. since august, ive conducted extensive research in the area and finally made the decision to purchase as a graduation gift to myself. so far, an AD by me has it for close to $8k. I don't see this price or model on the pricelist for this site. can someone pls educate me on what is the general price of this ss model (exact model on breitling home page) or is every retailer allowed to charge what they want? your feedback is greatly appreciated. thx.

My B01 was $7,600 at the AD in Seattle. FEAR, I'd love to know what AD in the States is selling them for less. Smiles, I'm not sure if AD's are able to budge on pricing or not. I would assume they can come down a little, but from a brand standpoint, I'm sure Breitling doesn't want them discounting watches too much.

When my B01 was purchased in July, my AD advised me there were only 12 in the US at that time. In fact, the US unveiling of the B01 occurred at my AD. All the Breitling execs were there and I guess it was quite a spectacle. I'm kind of pissed I missed it. It was a few weeks before my purchase was made. In any case, I believe more AD's should have B01's by now, but I do know the AD in Portland did not have any as of a month ago.

As far as I know, they're discounted just as mush as any other Breitling. However, I can see if they just became available in July your AD not wanting to discount them.

Retail price is something like $7800. Like Justin said, they are discounted just as much as any other model if you find a good AD.

I unfortunately only have one AD to choose from in Seattle. The next closest one is 150 miles away in Portland. You midwest/east coast guys may have more AD's around, which in turn could drive prices down from competition.

Discounts as big as any other model are definitely available, and in the US jnelson3097's contact will give you a very good price and has a ton of recommendations on this site.

And get free overnight shipping so the watch is at your door by 10 AM, you really can't go wrong. I believe the last time I talked to George, he told me the model you're looking for has like a 3 month wait from BUSA. I know they had one but it's been bought by a member on here. I may be wrong though so you'd have to check with George.

Hi...just to cover the country, I tried one on in Atlanta this week at a well known AD that came in around the $7600-$7800 range as well. Good luck!

Just for the sake of completeness.....

There are no restrictions at BreitlingSource about discussing pricing. Out of respect for people's privacy there is a tendency to handle specific quotes by PM, and I personally believe that Justin should provide George's contact information as he is Justin's contact. However George is doing nothing wrong in the prices he quotes and there is no need for secrecy beyond individual privacy. If people wish to mention specific paid prices then that is their right and they won't be breaching forum rules by doing so.
