I need to remove a link from one side of my Bentley Speed Bracelet and then move it to the other side thus making the clasp "balanced" on my wrist. I removed the screw that holds the link but however nothing happens once the screw is removed? I didn't want to force anything so I've left it alone until I can get precise information.

Any one have any?

I've never dealt with a Speed bracelet but assuming that it's of similar construction to that of a Pilot or Pro bracelet you will need to remove both screws of a single link not just one. One end (side) of the link has two bars attached to it and the other end is free. One of the bars goes through the lower link and the other through the one above. Once you remove both screws then the outer piece should come off and the other side can be pulled out releasing the center link which will fall free.

This link may help.

:yeahthat The Speed is identical in construction to all other Breitling bracelets and as br549 quite rightly said you need to remove both screws to remove a link.
