The first is a Chonomat made specially for Bombardier Aerospace in a limited run of 200 pieces. The second one - looks real to me but I can't put my finger on what it is exactly. Still looking though. |

Second one looks Franken to me (Chronomat dial, hands and date wheel, wrong bezel). http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_de ... d_187.html |

Yeah I agree. Same ref number but completely different bezel and case especially the area surrounding the crown. So in reality the second watch is much rarer than the first, although not in a good way. ![]() |

The second watch is an 80.900 Chronomat and is indeed very rare. http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_details/Unclassified_187.html ![]() I did the math and they want over 7K for it. Way too much considering the condition the case is in. The movement and presumably the dial are all regular 81950 type parts. You could probably have the case re coated but even in mint condition I can't see it being worth 1/2 what they want. |

Txturbo are you saying there were two different versions of this produced? The watches IMO are dramatically different. The dials appear to be the same except maybe the wings but the bezel and case are certainly different. Maybe from different years? Not saying you're not correct just trying to learn. ![]() |

It's definitely real, but I can't remember how the reference numbers worked on these. Admin's may not be the correct ref #. |

Not saying you're not correct just trying to learn. ![]() I was only making a comment about the second watch. It really looks hammered. ![]() The first watch is a A13050 Chronomat blackbird. I think it should have a brushed case but it's been polished. ![]() They are rare but both thees don't look all that good IMHO. |

I believe that dial, hands and date wheel are from 13050. |

I have an 13050 Blackbird and the dial is not the same as that. ![]() |
