Just a question I'd like to ask that has slipped my mind since returning from Las Vegas in Sept.

On display in Horologio in the Venetian they had a BfB Tourbillon. (couldn't see the ticket price - was face down!!)

My question is this - Would this actual watch have been on sale? What about the personal choices with regards metal, wood choice and more importantly the monogram?

Surely the watch is assembled to order??

And the watch wouldn't have been a demonstrator prior to order due to cost?

There were a number produced for ADs. I suspect that if you want the wood swapped out for a different one then no big deal, and of course the engraving is easily done. It would likely go back to Switzerland, but for the price of them I think they would accommodate you

I was at a local AD a few months ago and while the guy was showing me the Flying B diamondworks (i think it was like 175k!) he was telling me that the week before they had a tourbillon that was just sold.
