Post subject:  Which would be the best?
I am looking at buying 1 more Breiltling in the near future and am toying between a Super Ocean and a Colt Chrono quartz. Which of these would be the better watch, and in terms of pricing how should they compare?

Sorry for the rather vague questioning but i am not that up on these models "yet"

They are very different, SO is non chrono Auto and the Colt is chrono Quartz.
I'd always take Auto over Quartz.

Yeah that one's a no brainer for me as I would always take auto.

That said, both are great watches and if the movement isn't important to you then the usual rules apply - try them both and see which 'speaks'.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately i can't try them on as they are being sold via the internet. I like the look of them both, and actually i think i prefer the SO as i have a chrono with my Blackbird. Price wise how should they compare?

You can still try them on - just go into an AD - you don't have to buy there.

Prices are comparable - I think the Colt is about $100 more.
